All pricing is subject to insurance approval

Prices are calculated daily (unless otherwise specified) and include Insurance, UK Emergency Breakdown Cover and VAT.

300 miles are included in each days rental, weekend hires are allowed 700 miles per rental. Additional miles will be charged at 10p per mile.

The minimum age for car (up to 5 seats) & van rentals is 23 years of age with 2 years driving experience. Minibuses, people carriers and 7.5t have a minimum age of 25 years with 5 years driving experience, the Range Rover & Audi TT selections are 30+ with 5 years experience. Licence restrictions may apply please check.

Minibus drivers from EU countries must have a D1 endorsement on there licence.

We can no longer rent Vehicles over 8 passenger seats to non EU drivers who must have a new style licence showing a D1.

All drivers must have been licensed to drive for at least two years at the time of rental. A National Licence must be presented at time of rental. If a new style UK Licence is presented then both parts i.e. paper and card must be shown. Two additional forms of ID must be provided one should be a credit card / debit card or passport. The second should confirm your a current address.

Additional charges will be made for extra drivers added to the insurance.

Most vehicles have a customer liability excess of £500 ( Minibuses 12/15/17 seats & People carriers £750 ). Damage waivers to reduce this amount are available at a small daily cost. The liability excess of £1000 on the Range Rover, Audi TT and 7.5t cannot be reduced.

The minimum period of rental is 24 hours, effective from commencement of rental. Please note all daily rates are calculated assuming a 24-hour day from our standard pick up time of 08:30 hours (24 hours + hour rental = 2 times daily rate and so on). Out of normal office hours can often be accommodated but may incur increased fees. When you reserve a vehicle with us we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time.

Airport car park drop off is available at Aberdeen and Edinburgh for payment of a small additional fee.

Station collection and drop off at Aberdeen is available for payment of a small fee

Weekend Rentals commence at 5pm on Friday and finish at 8am on the following Monday.

One Way rentals are available between Edinburgh and Aberdeen/Inverurie additional charges will apply.

Vehicles can go abroad to the EU although additional charges and insurance will apply.
